A growing COVID-19 outbreak linked to a Melbourne butcher shop isn't in the "big league" of others that plagued NSW but remains concerning, an eminent Victorian epidemiologist says. Chief Health Officer Brett Sutton confirmed 28 cases are now linked to the Butcher Club at Chadstone Shopping Centre, up from 24 on Monday.
