Saturday’s event began with a mass at the Sanctuary of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Star of the New Evangelization and St. John Paul II, chaired by Fr. Bishop Ignacy Dec, senior bishop of the Świdnica diocese. President Andrzej Duda sent a letter to the participants of the ceremony.
