The federal opposition says it's "utter rubbish" for Tony Abbott to suggest Bronwyn Bishop has done nothing wrong and the entitlements system is to blame. Mrs Bishop resigned as Speaker on Sunday after sustained pressure over her travel expenses and the prime minister announced a review into parliamentary entitlements.
