. NORTH VERNON. Donald Earl “Don” Pelkey, 91, of North Vernon, passed away at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 03, 2020, at the home of Gary and Kelly Pelkey in Muncie, Indiana. A memorial service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 19, 2020, at the Jennings County High School Don Pelkey Auditorium.
