NORMAN — The IIWTCFL — If I Were The Coach Football League — began honorably. Founding father Dave Atkins, who worked at IBM in Oklahoma City and had heard from some colleagues about the new-fangled concept of fantasy football, formed a league and invited his pals over for the first draft. The year was 1981.
