"In the stadium it is like at a demonstration where people gathering is unavoidable as in the stand when people have to go in and out," Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte said at a podium discussion in Rome. "I think opening (stadiums) would currently be absolutely inappropriate." The Serie A season begins on the weekend of September 19.
