| Second man from capsized ship dies amid race against second Typhoon |

The Japanese Coast Guard is racing against a second typhoon to rescue more survivors from a capsized ship missing since Wednesday with dozens of crew members onboard. It said it had found a second survivor floating unconscious on Friday morning, 120km from the Amani Islands, south of Japan.
