The owner of McKeesport-licensed WGBN-1360 has asked the Federal Communications Commission to allow it to continue as a daytime-only radio station. It is the latest development for a station that has dealt with glitches ever since Pittsburgh broadcaster Anthony F. Renda in 2013 donated the AM station to Pentecostal Temple Development Corp.
