In the power struggle in Belarus in Belarus, Russia is willing to use emergency services to help its neighbor if the situation worsens. A separate reserve has been set up in case of an intervention, Kremlin chief Vladimir Putin said Thursday on television station Rossiya 1. This was done at the request of President Alexander Lukashenko in Minsk.
