HERE’S WHAT ELSE IS HAPPENING: LONDON — Scotland has recorded the first coronavirus deaths in more than a month. First Minister Nicola Sturgeon says two people have died in Scotland after testing positive for COVID-19. Sturgeon says it’s the first coronavirus deaths reported in Scottish since July 16.
