On a summer day in 1979, Arthur Boss crashed his motorcycle and was thrown into the street. Just two weeks before, the recent grad earned his diploma from Campbell County High School. He went to the hospital, got treated, and returned to his house in Alexandria. It would be years before a doctor diagnosed Boss with a traumatic brain injury.
