The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) clarified Thursday that food deliveries, as well as workers from permitted industries, are exempted from the unified curfew being imposed in Metro Manila.
MMDA general manager Jojo Garcia said mayors of the capital region agreed to exempt them from the 8 p.
