Former national security adviser Susan Rice and her husband have funneled thousands of dollars into groups affiliated with presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden's campaign. Rice, a top contender to be Biden's vice presidential running mate, gave the full contribution cap of $5,800 to the campaign throughout the course of the cycle.
