Godwin Okehi, student. I would say to the government that the idea of taxing the rich is a welcome development because I see it as a way of controlling their expenditure and exploiting the poor. The saying 'the rich are getting richer and the poor getting poorer,' is because the negative effect of exploitation is mostly felt by the poor.
