Chelsea table offer for Marc-Andre ter Stegen. Spanish radio station Cadena Ser are reporting that Chelsea have made a move to sign 28-year-old keeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen. Cadena Ser report that Ter Stegen has two offers on the table. Those offers have reportedly come from “major European clubs”.
