Kanye West offered Jay-Z to become his running mate after confirming his intention to run for the White House this month. The American rapper, who held his first campaign rally in Charleston, South Carolina on Sunday, revealed his current running mate Michelle Tidball was ready to step down if Jay-Z agreed to consider a vice president position.
