ATHENS, Greece (AP) — The latest news on Greece's financial woes (all times local): 7:30 p.m. European stock markets ended sharply higher following the publication of a letter from Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras to the country's creditors indicating that his government was ready to accept a large chunk of their proposals.
