Two grassroots groups — the Duval Schools Pandemic Solutions Team and the Duval For a Safe Return to Campus — say they want the school district to put certain regulations in place until a vaccine for COVID-19 is available. The 5-mile drive ended at the Duval County Public School headquarters just before the board's meeting.
