The shots then cease, and Norton tells his partner that he is "reloading" while standing behind the pillar before pointing his gun back towards Gazaway. Norton then pulls up his radio to report "shots fired, one subject down." He then yells, "Hands, now!" before the video ends. Gazaway was pronounced dead in the parking lot.
