The £1.57bn relief package is welcome. It should be followed up with ticket vouchers to make sure there are bums on seats.
‘The arts now offer a vivid opportunity for vouchers in practice: theatres and concert halls need audiences desperately. A free ticket and a night out for all is the kind of boost Britain needs.
