WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump criticized a proposed Black Lives Matter mural to be painted outside Trump Tower a "symbol of hate" Wednesday while denouncing New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio, who ordered the phrase painted outside Trump's longtime office.
