HERE’S WHAT ELSE IS HAPPENING: LJUBLJANA, Slovenia — Slovenia is slashing the number of people in public gatherings from 500 to 50 after several cases of coronavirus emerged apparently as a result of social encounters. Government spokesman Jelko Kacin said Monday the decision will be formally made later in the day.
