MON JUN 29 2020 WEATHER DISCUSSION: Well we get Spring-like temperatures in Summer today and tomorrow. All due to an anomalous upper low which dropped down into the PACNW and NORCAL Sunday. A belt of strong SW winds came with that system late Saturday into Sunday.
