PRAGUE — The number of new coronavirus cases in the Czech Republic continues to surge. The day-to-day increase reached 305 on Sunday, the highest number since April 3. The Czech Republic had a total of 11,604 confirmed cases of the virus through Sunday, including 348 deaths, according to Health Ministry figures.
