Mayor Steven Reed of Montgomery, Ala., issued an executive order requiring the use of face coverings in public. The order starts Friday, the same day free masks will be distributed from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 11 sites across the city . Montgomery: People can pick up free masks from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
