Non-traditional security has become salient since the end of Cold War, said Dr. Maqsudul Hasan Nuri, Adviser Centre for Policy Studies, COMSATS and former President Islamabad Policy Research Institute. He was delivering a talk on 'Does Pakistan Need Soft Power?' at COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, says a press release.
