The death has occurred at Mayo University Hospital, following a road traffic accident, of Christopher Culkeen, better known as Chris, 32 McHale Road, Castlebar, and formerly of Greenwood, Ballyhaunis.
Only son of the late Thomas and Margaret (Rita) née Finn, he was dearly loved husband of Kathleen....
