Sofia. “Tension in the village of Garmen has been accumulating for years but no one took measures,” Garmen Mayor Minka Kapitanova said , commenting on the big protest that was staged in the village today. In her words, the procedure on the demolition of illegal buildings in the residential quarter inhabited by Roma people is already underway.
