(File photo) MANILA A Catholic prelate on Tuesday urged the public to be vigilant against the proliferation of dummy accounts on social media, particularly on Facebook (FB). Bataan Bishop Ruperto Santos also asked the people to report to proper authorities if they encountered fake FB accounts.
