Rhys Coley. A trickster who cheated his victims by getting them to pay for for secondhand mobile phones - pocketing the cash but never providing the handsets. Rhys Coley, 29, admitted defrauding 18 victims who ordered phones from him on the Facebook Marketplace, between April 2016 and July 2018.
