New Orleans Opinions Robin Giaurrusso, a judge in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, rejected a lawsuit filed by opponents to the city's new anti-smoking ordinance in a one-page ruling. I guess the judge used a whole page because she couldn't very well tell the plaintiffs no on a scrap sheet of paper.
