In the period just before and after Gov. J.B. Pritzker issued his first stay-at-home order in March, houses of worship in Illinois reportedly experienced 13 COVID-19 outbreaks, resulting in 88 cases. Since then, according to the Illinois Department of Public Health, iIllinois has seen no such outbreaks — until one was revealed last week.
