HARRISBURG — The attorney for Rep. Louise Bishop, a black Philadelphia Democrat, is attempting to have bribery charges against her thrown out on the basis of alleged “racial targeting†by former prosecutors of the attorney general's office. A hearing is scheduled Friday morning in Dauphin County Court before Judge Scott Evans.
