Hamilton’s radio career began in 1955 and, over the years, he worked on both sides of the microphone. “John was an institution and synonymous with KGO, having hosted his very popular weekend show, ‘On The Go’ for 33 of his 65 years in radio,” said Cumulus Media Vice President and Market Manager, Doug Harvill.
