GEORGETOWN , Del. - The Hispanic community in Georgetown is mourning the loss of a preacher and active member of St. Michael's Church, who died from COVID-19 complications. The godchildren, friends, and family of Guatemalan preacher Celvin Deleón, say he was one of the pillars of the Hispanic community in Georgetown.
