6:30 P.M. Tel Aviv to allow restaurants to expand outdoor seating areas. As Tel Aviv prepares to reopen restaurants and cafes on May 27 after weeks of lockdown due to the coronavirus crisis, the municipality has said that it will allow them to expand their dining areas to sidewalks, gardens and even parking spots.
