Dimetrius Pairama had dreams of getting an education so she could one day buy a home for her and her family. Instead, the 17-year-old died in an abandoned state house after being beaten, stripped naked, burnt with a make-shift flame thrower and hanged. Toko (Ashley) Shane Winter and Kerry Te Amo were convicted of the teenager's murder.
