CONNERSVILLE. Walter K. (Bootie) James, 74, of Connersville, died Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at Reid Health of Richmond. Walter was born June 3, 1945 in Connersville to Walter K. James Sr. and June D. Kendall James. Walter grew up in Shirley, Indiana until moving to Connersville when he was 14 years old.
