Free cloth face masks will be given away at a drive-thru distribution set from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday at True Bethel Church, 1112 South Ave., Niagara Falls. The event also will include materials encouraging Falls residents to respond to the 2020 U.S. Census. As of Friday, 52% of Niagara Falls residents have done so.
