A Windy Advisory in the Owens Valley thru 8 pm tonight, as a late Spring storm moves thru the region, pushed along by a 120+ kt jet. It will drive down thru Northern California and push breezy to windy conditions down the Sierra through Mammoth Lakes and the Owens Valley into Tuesday.
