More than two decades ago, Monsignor Gregory Ramkissoon contemplated starting a weekly newspaper through his charity organisation, Mustard Seed Communities. Ramkissoon remembers reaching out to an old acquaintance, then chairman and managing director of The Gleaner Company, Oliver Clarke.
