It's easy to see why Scott Chotin's 150-year-old Creole cottage has been featured in films and commercials and served as the setting for fundraising galas and charity events for the many organizations he supports. The house sits on 26 acres of moss-draped oaks and magnolias, with the only other structure in sight a boat house and slip.
