A popular DJ in Toronto’s gay village has been identified as Toronto’s 26th homicide of the year. Toronto police say the victim is Peter Elie, 52, of Toronto.
On Thursday, police responded to a fire radio call at a residential building in the Balliol and Yonge Sts. area.
