MANILA Catholic prelates will lead the country's consecration to the care of the Blessed Virgin Mary amid the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic on Wednesday. The eucharistic celebration also marks the 103rd anniversary of the apparition of Our Lady of Fatima on May 13.
