DAVAO - Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Chairman Francis Tolentino is seeking the support of both the mayor of Davao City and a pastor based in this city for his senatorial bid in 2016. This is according to Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte, who said the MMDA chief went to Davao one weekend to seek his endorsement.
