Thanks to amendments to requirements of the Cabinet of Ministers, Latvian State Real Estate is able to expand the range of tenants that will receive support in the form of rent exemption or its reduction by including on the list not only businessmen but also other persons perform economic operations, says VNĪ board member Andris Vārna.
