| Lamont: June 20 could be next reopening phase after May 20 |

Even before the hoped for May 20 loosening of shutdown rules, Gov. Ned Lamont said Thursday that June 20 could mark a second new phase of reopening. Lamont said few details are worked out when it comes to both timing of the reopening phases and which activities fit into which phase.
