Guayaquil, May 21 (Andes).- Guayaquil’s Archbishop Antonio Arregui said Tuesday that Guayas Security Council’s recommendation, which involves changing the place chosen by Pope Francis to celebrate a mass during his visit to a sanctuary located 26 kilometers from Guayaquil, is “extemporaneous”.
