QUINCY -- Isaac Bruce committed to speak at the Western Illinois chapter of Fellowship of Christian Athletes' annual banquet, and the former NFL standout nicknamed "The Reverend" always keeps his word. The soon-to-be-enshrined Hall of Famer will be the keynote speaker for what will now be a virtual banquet taking place at 8 p.
