No Covid-19 confirmed cases yet in Elias Piña and San José de Ocoa provinces Elías Piña, on the border with Haiti, and San José de Ocoa in the southwest, are the only two provinces in the Dominican Republic without persons tested positive for Covid-19 on the official tally.
